I believe yoga could support our life. It can bring us into the present moment, providing the opportunity to release blocked emotions in the body and to connect us to deeper levels within and ultimately to our true self. One to one yoga and yoga talk therapy aims to cultivate inquiry and create environment for you to learn to honour your natural rhythms. Sometimes you need to do more; sometimes less.

Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is massive transition, you may go through temporary low moods, worrying and questioning about you and your baby’s well-being, anxiety, ambivalence about the pregnancy, conflict and regression. You may feel very vulnerable and stressed. Whatever you are going through, is valid. Your experience is valid!
